Perhaps you’re struggling to break cycles in relationships, heal from past trauma and desperately need to exit survival mode.
Many of my clients are deep feelers and highly sensitive individuals who have developed complex coping mechanisms just to survive. You might notice that different internal 'parts' of you are constantly battling, leaving you disconnected from your core self.
You are longing to feel safe in your body again, to trust yourself, and to reconnect with your own sense of authenticity, peace, and wholeness.
I walk alongside you with gentle, collaborative, trauma-informed care. Our sessions are not about judgment or quick fixes, but about building a foundation of safety and resilience that allows for true lasting change.

Healing the Body and Mind (Somatic & Trauma-Informed): We move beyond talking about the pain to actually address and heal the chronic stress stored in your body. This includes exploring the past, engaging in inner child work, and developing tools to regulate your nervous system.
Resolving Internal Conflict (Parts Work/IFS-Informed): We work to gently uncover the patterns created by your inner critics and protectors. By meeting these parts with compassion, you gain emotional resilience and safety, leading to internal peace.
Building Practical Skills (DBT, ACT, CBT): We focus on building tools and skills to navigate anxiety, manage overwhelm, and build emotional control. This process is collaborative and always paced with your end goals in mind.
Gaining Clarity and Empowerment: We work together on shifting perspectives to restore your confidence, resilience and self-empowerment, helping you reconnect with your most authentic self.
Together, we will explore emotions, build skills, and nurture the self-compassion necessary to move past confusion and scatteredness and into genuine wholeness.
